    after you cut the pokemons hp to almost dead use the move endeavor after steam come out of its head

    Shiny is random chance. If you have a Gutsy pokemon who knows/can learn endeavor, then thats who you want to use. (Also teach them a really strong move.) Wait until the boss uses a different attack, and then he will be "tired" (white smoke over his head and he doesn't move around) Then you attack him w/ the strong attack until he is at about 1/5 health.     use endeavor until he wobbles. Then you can either use the strong attack or immediately switch out to a pokemon with a supereffective move and kill it. You will then capture it. Or when it is "tired" spam a strong attack and hope it wobbles. Or use spacial rend when it is "tired." hope it helped

    also try to beat the boss teammates because they will stop you while you are trying to catch it :] i caught many pokemon with that trick and bring in a healthy pokemon because you need to heal :]
