    to be honest, that is not really a good idea. Charizard is now hus own fighter. That should be the case for all of Red's old pokemon. Swtching pokemon in the middle of battle is quite overpowered. Although the percentage is the same, your strategy changes and all the work your oppenent has done to read your moves was for naught. Also in brawl, while you changed pokemon, you were invulnerable.
