    No, it's not Here's the differences: there's more save points, and the owl statues are now permanent save points, where in the original, you could only permanently save by going back in time, also the Song of Double Time lets you skip to any hour instead of just skipping 6 hours, and the Stone Mask is acquired in a different place, The Zora Swimming is different, plus there's better graphics too
