  • Daisy should be in the game but Rosalina has a unique moveset which is why they wanted her in the game instead of Daisy.

  • I think Daisy still has a shot. All we have to do is vote for her.

  • What is this. Daisy is only used for the Spin-Off games. And we don't need annoying characters.

  • @P, no, WALUIGI is only used for Spin-off games. Daisy starred in Super Mario Land, a main series Mario title that is still officially recognized as such today. Shigeru Miyamoto even admitted she can still appear in future main series Mario games. So don't be so offended just because you don't agree.

  • Plus, have you forgotten that Sakurai can't reprogram Waluigi to be a fighter while workng on a few DLC characters within the deadline? It would take him too long and would lead to him exceeding his deadline.

  • Mario Land was put on shelves in '89. That's 26 years ago, and Daisy has not recieved any major role since. Plus, Miyamoto didn't even create Daisy. Besides, there are already too many Mario characters in Smash. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Yoshi (and don't say that he comes from the Yoshi series. He first appeared in a Mario game, making him a Mario character), Rosalina, Bowser Jr, & Doctor Mario

  • And knowing of Sakurai's exhaustion, he'd probably just make Daisy a Peach clone or something.

  • The clone excuse is nothing more than a cheap and lazy way to show a lack of creativity. Peach and Daisy are not and never were clones. People love to throw that around because of their similar dresses, and when you really look at things, that is their only similarity. The two are polar opposites otherwise. In fact, I guarantee Sakurai already realizes this, because don't you think Daisy would

  • have already been implemented as an alt by now if she were a clone gameplay-wise? The spin off games that she is in treats her seperately from Peach, usually putting her in a quicker, more powerful type of gameplay. Daisy is a tomboy anyways, Smash would put her in her element. Peach is more of a defensive fighter anyways. Making Daisy a Peach clone would be both innacurate to Daisy's character

  • and very lazy to boot. Sakurai is better than that. It's abundantly clear that you're against Daisy's inclusion because you find her annoying. I love Rosalina myself, in fact she's my favorite character besides only Daisy, but Daisy rightfully should have been included ever since Brawl. It's very clear that there is no such thing as too many representatives in Super Smash Bros. The very first

  • game featured 4 out of 12 fighters being Mario characters, thats literally one third of the roster. Not to mention that Pokémon and Fire Emblem, the two other series besides Mario to have the most representatives, both got yet another fighter each added via DLC. Clearly Sakurai doesn't seem to care about the amount of representatives. Anyways, I believe I've made my point so I'll be off now.
