    Oh yes, because Luigi is the only person in Mario's universe with a mustache, the genetic thing doesn't prove anything because if that was true, then Luigi would be married with Peach and there's not a single Mario game in which Rosalina's brother appear, if he is Peach and Luigi son then he would be at least mentioned in other games.

    Even if time slow down in space, it's still the same on earth so peach would be old by the time Rosalina reach adulthood and it's believed that Rosalina is really old, like 100 or more, although there's no concrete evidence to prove it, only fan theory just like the game theorists and only the creators themselves can confirm it, until then it's all speculation.
