Watching a Youtube clip of a guy going through, it looks like he gets 70+ coins just going up the tower. What am I missing?

I beat the challenge, infact I beated all the episode challenges... So, you need to look everywhere in the tower part to get all coins, maybe some are invisible. there might be a golden mushroom somewhere, im not sure.
