Actually, no materials are required! So I know you have under 60 stickers, so if you go to your cafe , go upstairs to your mirror,(if you don't have this, try getting more stickers) and go to visit/invite. Then go to internet, not the other thing(this is all still in the game ) then, you go to random cafes, and pick one. Once you are in the new cafe, say hi to the manager. This should give you...

... a nice. Do this 3 times to different cafes, and you get a different outfit every three times,such as: 3 knight armor,both balloonist outfits, sevral dresses,(literally like,21), arabian guard outfits, and so on. Have any troubles doing this, coment bellow. Hope it works!
