    You can train at Buneary Stage or Ampharos Stage. You can grind EXP Points and win 30 coins for each heart. You win 150 coins for 5 hearts every 2:30 hours. I have many Maxed Pokémon that is easy to beat those Event Pokémon.

    Farm coins with pokemon you want to train and possibly 1 weaker pokemon. As long as they dont affect disruptions. Get max coins for future updates before worrying about leveling

    To train i play stage 150: ampharos that if you win, you get 50 exp points and 100 to one pokemon. it depends of base power the base exp at lv 1... 2 up to 4 days of full training you can get lv max
