    The monster that u REALLY should be wary of is rajang more than jho lol. But it only invades G-rank quests. But regardless u will face it at high rank eventually.

    I was wearing minimal armor because I planned on gathering some novacrystals and killing/losing to the khezu. But noooo, Deviljo has to butt his ugly head in. When the quest said 'danger', I thought I'd see a Lagombi. I was very wrong lol

    Yes. Frenzied monsters are monsters that have been infected by the frenzy virus. This gives them boosts in attack and makes them essentially rabid. However, the frenzy virus is usually fatal to monsters if a hunter doesn't kill them first. Apex is when a monster fights off the virus, but still retains its rabid effects and then some.

    Exactly. One thing I should point out is that Apex monsters still can use the virus to attack, and they don't go from frenzied to apex in the same hunt.
