Question

Ok, something needs to be clarified here. The safari is rigged. I have only encountered Manectric once 3 days ago. Escaped on 60% great ball catch. Have not seen it since. Does anyone know how to encounter it any special way (time, what pokemon to use, etc) because Im about to flush my 3DS down the toilet like the p.o.s. it is....

    I've been hearing this a lot even though I was able to catch all 5 the morning this safari appeared. I encountered manectric twice and caught it the second time with super catch power. Seems like luck to me.

    I still believe in the time of day theory. The first safari I encountered Sharkpedo three times in a row around 6 am eastern. This time I got Manectric just a little earlier than that. If you've been playing the same time every day mix it up and see what happens.
