The first time I used Mega Gengar and I got 6000+ points. The second time I used Mega Aerodactyl and got 9000+. So I thing Aerodactyl is better (For the blocks)...

Thing is, Aerodactyl does more damage the more blocks it takes out, so it does more damage on the start, after that the damage is less, since there is less blocks on the board
