Well, if he don't have his more powerful moves (or just have one of them as his final smash) then he could be in. But I think it's enough with Nintendo and the other characters in it... And Sakurai himself said he's tired of this series, so I think this is the last game in the series. We have to respect him.

Because he doesn't belong to any video game companies. If they would bring in anime characters and cartoon characters or whatever, it would be Smash anymore. It was supposed to be just Nintendo characters in it. Sakurai worked with this for years. They worked nonstop for many months so we should accept the game as it is. Alright, this might be long, so listen up. How did Ryu get in but not Goku if both have games and anime? It's all about first appearances and popularity. Ryu's first appearance to the public was a game, and the anime later. When you see Ryu, you think "Mr. Fighting Games" or "Crossover King", not "Anime Guy". Goku is most popular because of anime, NOT his games. This is why Digimon will never be

added either, they are much more popular as anime characters than game characters. Also, this is just opinion, but Goku sounds BORING. His Kamahamadingdong whatever sounds like just a charge Hadouken, and Super Saiyan sounds exactly like Super Sonic.
