    well Namco has Jin Kazma*Tekken* and Lloyd Irving*Tales of Symphonia*, While Sega has more Sonic characters they could add like(Tails, Amy, Blaze, Silver, Eggman, Knuckles, Chaos [Sonic Adventure],and Metal Sonic, Sega also has Akira Yuki*Virtual Fighter* and AiAi *Super Monkey Ball*

    Sonic characters won't work due to how 3rd Party works, Akira Yuki I don't think has a chance, Jin Kazma I'm not sure much people know about today, Lloyd Irving? Who's that? But I don't mean to shut down what you think or be mean.

    if that's the way 3rd party works then Capcom should have only one rep and a lot people know about Jin Kazma he has a chance I mean Tekken is a world-famous game that crossed over with Street Fighter and Lloyd Irving is the main character in Tales of Symphonia which is a pretty known game plus Sega could the help since Sonic Boom and Sonic Lost Worlds kind of backfired
