Take down the Histocrats first. they take the longest and if you mess up, then just restart and try again. You can spin jump on the histocrats backs by using luigi or rosalina. On Boom Boom, to play it safe wait until he spins out, if your impatient I recommend a tanooki leaf so you can easily jump on his head. Pom Pom is easy, just jump on the one with the pink ninja star.

For Mega Brolder, Try to keep a brolder minion alive when he spins, so you don't have to wait for him to spawn more. The Spiky log boss is also easy, just lure him on a square that lands him on his back. For Motley Bossblob, never stop running and make sure to avoid the shock waves.
