2度目のパーソナリティー挑戦となるV6はHey!Say!JUMPへのアドバイスについて坂本昌行は「僕らも15年ぶりということで当時を思い出そうとしても思い出せないですが、まず緊張していたので、24時間を一生懸命頑張るというより、共演者とともに楽しめればいいと思います」と激励。「ありがとうございます！」と声をそろえて助言に感謝した。　また、番組内では15人が子どもたちとともに楽器以外のもので音を奏でるパフォーマンス『STOMP』にチャレンジすることも発表。山田涼介は「実はライブで挑戦したことがあったけどものすごく難しくて、それ以来やってない。
