    You use recon mode to familiarize yourself with tge map. Say you had a sprinkler weapon, you could go in and find the best spots to put that sprinkler so it'd ink the most turf. If you had a charger, you could go in and find the most advantageous spots to shoot from. Things like that and more :]

    Ian, in order to use recon mode, go to the lobby, press Y, and select the stage you want. Hope this helps!
