    Nope. Get your mii to follow you to the edge of the path by pressing B by your mii. The get your mii to hold your pokemon like shown(make shure it is a light pokemon so your mii can hold him). Then when the shadow is completly over the white line press ↑ and then you should be able to go to spots you shouldn't be able to. It might take a few trys but you will eventuly get it.
