You can also get one on Route 9 (the route where you ride Rhyhorn). It's close to the Glittering Cave; just break some boulders and you should find it near a Sky Battle Trainer.

Well, go to Lumios City (definitely misspelled Lumios XD) and after you "explore" the city, you'll find a Stone Shop. And in case you're wondering what the Stones are in this shop, there is the following: Thunder Stone, Fire Stone and Water Stone.
