I need to know: Can Absol learn fake out naturally? Is Absol in the same egg group as Liapard or Purrloin?

    Nope, can't learn fake out at all. Even though it's in the same egg group is liepard, fake out isn't an egg move for it.

    Yeah. But people and sites have compiled lists of egg moves for a pokemon, so you can always check those.

    Darn. I was hoping (because I had already breeded for high IVs for absol) that I could have an absol set up, with stress put on raising attack to the max, and speed as well: Holds: life orb fake out quick attack perish song night slash Dang it >n<

    Why not use sucker punch instead of quick attack? It hits much harder. For egg moves, you could also use something like play rough to replace fake out.

    hmm... I need a move that has a higher priority, deals out some damage, and makes the target incapable of moving that turn. Is quick attack a possible egg move for Liapard?
