    but dogs had to wait for cats to play so the actual numbers of dofs playing at a time is the same as the number of cats e.g if all 30% of team cat was online then only 30% of team dog could play at a time even if all 70% was online the rest of team dogs had to face each other. so if nintendo didnt do this the least popular team would always win.
