    It was a combined total . Cats won fights by only a small margin, but dogs were WAY more popular

    What I'm trying to say is that I believe the popularity factor shouldn't be a part of future splatfests. Under the current ruleset, team dog deserved their win. Removing the popularity thing will make future splatfests more fair.
