Well, this is the finished product of this maze! Long story short, you'll want to play as a character that can wall-jump (i.e Sheik, Little Mac, Mario), just as the name of the stage implies.

Go online and go into Share mode. Select View, and aftee that, select Stages. There will be a couple options to help your search. The stage size is Large, and the stage name is Wall-Jumper Maze. And if you need it, the region is the US.

What about characters with multiple jumps?

That works too! It's just that due to the tight corridors, wall-jumping is one of the best ways to get around the stage efficiently. Multiple jumps are handy for climbing to the top of the stage though.
