    Nidoking @choice scarf modest 252 speed, 252 special attack, 4hp sheer force earth power, sludge wave, ice beam, and thunderbolt.

    Id say Nidoking. I cant remember the recommended moveset. I know one of the moves is Stealth Rock. (I prefer Venomoth with 252 EVs in Speed and Sp.Atk and 4 EVs in HP or Sp. Def. Your pick. My recommended moveset for Venomoth is Sleep Powder, Substitute, Quiver Dance, and Bug Buzz. Recommended IVs are 31 in everything but Attack.)
