    set the c button to y and the a button to a and start to l then in the title screen where sonic waves his fingers press ↑c↓c←c→then a and l then chose a map and hold a and l untill you see sonic on screen then press the b button (also set the b button to b) to go into debug press a to cycle then press y to place things
