    Heatran is in the scorched slab :) Ho-Oh is at the front of the boat and lugia is inside the boat in a diving location but this is only after you have found and returned the scanner (I forget the boat's name it's between dewford and petalburg)

    Absolutely. you go to sea mauville and find the scanner. head over to slateport and hand it over to cpt stern. he will give you a bellmcorresponding to each game. fly back to sea mauville and if OR then climb up the steepest inckine over the water on a metal bar. your bag will glow and a weird ring will be there. thzt is hooh. If AS then use dive to go to the lower decks. your bag will glow. findu
