    I have a lvl 1 topegi with 5ivs. Not too sure what the nature or ability is but it also has eggmoves. I'll check what it is quick

    What IV is it missing? But Timid is my problem. I want it to be a Follow Me Para-flincher... Which means this moveset: Follow Me (obviously), Thunder-wave, Air Slash, Wish (replacing Soft-boiled because Togepi, Togetic nor Togekiss can learn that move). So, I would need a defensive nature... And the fact Timid does -10% on Attack isn't good on a Para-Flincher. Especially Togekiss.
