I've caught or seen ever pokemon besides some event pokemon my pokedex has 714 pokemon and when I went to profressor Birch and I showed him the national pokedex and he didn't give me the item. Am I missing something?

    Just find out what you're missing and if you're missing something needed for the shiny charm you can ask for it, if i have it i will but only if you return it.
