    It honestly really depends on the Pokemon and what set you're running. If you're running a defensive Umbreon, impish or bold might be a good nature. If you're running a physical Infernape, jolly or adamant would be a good nature, etc

    Well it depends on the Pokémon. Adamant is usually good for an aagron. But i don't know that much.
