    i watched a youtube video about all 3 HAL rooms. the 3rd room is in 6 – 5 in the last portal in the 3rd time of avoiding those wierd things do the avoiding part and stay still for 1–2 minutes and then the blocks will reset and will start trying to hit you again but they do the letters H A L and a new door will appear enter it and then you are in the room!
