My New 3DS is set perfectly right down to the second, and I haven't changed it in a week. So why can I not do any Once Per Day things I did yesterday? >_<

    Unfortunately. When you change the time on your DS system, regardless of how well you set it. It still registers as a change. This makes any once-a-day event in game reset and means there's a day wait before you can do them again.
