    Put up a giveaway post with at least three prizes, then wait until you get as many people as you think you need to start, then maybe ask a few questions and choose the winners. :)

    if you want to start a giveaway you just post to miiverse that your going to have a giveaway put the rules and say that your going to put it up on gts for the winner
