Pokemon mechanics complaints, part 2: Why is Volt Tackle exclusive to Pikachu? It would be cool if it was some special thing that was unique, but no. It's a physical move with 120 base power and a recoil. You know, like Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, etc. It's exactly like those moves except it's Electric type, so why not allow other elecric types to utilize it?
