Do you guys think it's normal for my Riolu to not have perfect Sp.Atk stat? He has Jolly nature and his iv's are: HP, ATK, DEF, SP.DEF, SPD.

    It's perfectly fine. I have a Lucario that's the same. Since it's Jolly, Sp. Atk is not needed. Timid also can work since it has access to Aura Sphere and Flash Cannon.
