so my sister is playing pokemon y and wants to evolve her sligoo into goodra, I tried everything I could with rain dance, can some 1 help, in oras at route 19, you can evolve sligoo there, I would but i started my oras copies over plz help.

    Rain Dance doesn't work. You evolve Sliggoo at level 50 while it's raining in the overworld.
