I'm having a problem with my new alpha sapphire game its doing the same thing with my other cartridge I think its my 2DS making it not play right how do i fix it?

    when i play my X i have no problem but when i play my Alpha sapphire it goes to the 3DS screen and just stays there

    Probably a defective cartridge. You should hold back to the store you bought it from and get a replacement. If your replacement doesn't work, there's probably something wrong with your 2DS. If you're still certain it's the cartridge, then get another replacement. But ifthe cartridge doesn't work, just download it from the Eshop.
