    i use a weird mega banette mines careful +spdef -spattk 244 hp 28 def 228 spdef with destiny bond will-o-wisp protect and knock off i made it for double battles it works well but never used it in singles so i dont know

    i would suggest jolly nature invest in speed and attack protect will-o-wisp knock off phantom force or shadow sneak and give it its mega stone

    If you want an attacker Banette, go for Adamant or Jolly though I'm not too sure on Banette's exact base speed so Adamant may end up being better for you since it's not that fast naturally. The Impish one you mentioned would be more for a defensive set since that nature improves defense while lowering special attack.
