    Yes I am doing the Masuda Method. I have the shiny charm but unfortunately it doesn't affect egg hatching.

    That really is rough. According to Bulbapedia, "In Generation VI, the Shiny Charm combined with the Masuda method increases the chance of hatching a Shiny Pokémon to 1/512." It also seems that the guys over in Smogon arrived to a similar value through multiple trials. They were at 1:527 at 200,000 eggs and 1:507 at 250,000 eggs. Currently they are at approximately 1:510 at 426,686 eggs.
