who would win? groudon, or kyogre? i would say it would be a tie but kyogre has a slightly better advantage but i'm not saying kyogre would win but his move origin pulse would at least weaken groudon

    If you mean Primal then Groudon and if not then a tie. Because Primal Groudon's Ability Desolate Land will evaporate all water type attacks and a tie for non-primal Because Kyogre has water moves but Groudon can learn a grass type move: Solarbeam
