    groundom is only shinylokced in ORAS, but you can get a shiny ver in other games 'gen 3 + hg/ss' so you can trade that, only 9-10 pokemons which are shinylocked on all game can't be in they shiny

    pokemons which are shiny locked 'at all': celebi, victini, keldeo, meloetta, xerneas, yveltal, zygarde, diancie, and hoppa. so if you have a shiny of any of they, you can't trade them, all other shinys can, even if they were shinylocked in a game, like mewtwo, shinylocked only on X/Y, but tradeable

    and by god name, Mew is not a shinylocked pokemon, come on man, that could be gain in japan gen 3 event 'yet I think that the only place where you get it legily as shiny'
