    The pentagon means you got that Pokemon from Kalos region, I used to think it meant your pokemon was real -wrong was I. The little red face means your Pokemon HAD Pokerus.

    The face actually means that your pokemon still has pokerus and will benifit from its affects. you just cant spread it to other pokemon

    If you want to keep Pokerus, make sure to put your “infected” Pokemon in the pc before a new day arrives in real life. (pay attention to your clock)
