i found out what the problem is : my 3ds has worse wlan adapter than my pc(with which i use miiverse) and cause of so much ppl around me using internet atm my 3ds dont gets one i think i just need to wait some mins or ask the other persons around me if the can hold on for some mins i gonna go ask them
