    Stat worth, maybe not, but rarity, yes. The only way to obtain Phione is to breed Manaphy somehow.

    Phione is practically the sea = endless. As long as you have manaphy and a ditto, you can get endless phione, it's also debated whever it's even a legendary so... Count it as a blue zigzagoon.

    so, therefore, it is not something to trade for shinys? and you don't need a manaphy for endless phones. just a phione and a ditto will work. i have too many, so as i said, i give them out on wonder trades.
