Derek's final opponent was Drake, the master of dragon types. After seeing Rampardos battle, Milotic wanted to go first. She alone couldn't handle Drake's pokemon, and even Togekiss wasn't enough either. The battle finally ended in a draw, but Drake was a man of honor and heart. He permitted Derek to pass after seeing that in him and his pokemon. With that, the Elite Four Trials were completed.
