Hit Platinum rank in the Secret Base Guild! Now I have every last mega stone, and one more secret base item! The only ones I'm missing are two very elusive regi dolls, Regirock and Registeel.

    These are kind of complicated. In fact the strategy guide I have in front of me says that you may only get it through special events. What you need to do is go online and search for QR codes that give you three secret bases. These belong to the developers. Just search the QR code, scan it, then find it in Mossdeep City. It's been two weeks since I started trying, so it's not easy.

    When you scan the code, talk to the base owner everyday. If you are lucky, he will give you a regi doll.
