stay content to your pokemon, dont trade unless its necessary, because a bond can break, and it is quite sad, but on the other hand, if you dont trade your most loved pokemon, you will be surrounded by joy!

Also i recommend that u save ur masterball for the delta episode (after the elite4 there's another adventure) to catch deoxys. I made a mistake catching groudon defeating groudon because i didn't have a masterball( which u find in team Magma/ Aqua's base) don't leave the base without a masterball! Groudon is level 45 so don't go back catch it if u failed to catch it and ur pokemon are lv 55 or hig
