    Like most NES RPGs, a lot of its length comes from its crypticness. If you know where do go and what to do, it's really not all that long.

    True. Still, I thought the level grinding went on forever the first time; this time, I started by getting to level 5, and Podunk was a slam dunk.

    Definitely true. I accidentally beat it without even seeing Teddy just because I assumed there would be a point I couldn't go further without him.
