    he's daroach from kirby squeak squad. he's an antagonist in that game. though i don't know his importance i know he makes a reappearance in kirby mass attack and is important to THAT game because he helps you get to the final stages.

    That is Dark Daroach, the penultimate final boss of Kirby:Squeak Squad. After finally gaining Dedede's treasure, Daroach opens it and Dark Nebula comes out and possesses him.
