    Yes. In Colosseum, you can catch the gen 2 starters using any ball. So if you caught a female in a premier ball, you can always breed it in gen 6 to get premier ball totodiles. However, it's not legitimately possible to have a sheer force totodile in a premier ball.

    If the mother is in a lets say a dream ball and you breed it, its children will be in a dream ball, same goes with any other pokeball. There was an event a little while back with the fully evolved totodile i think, and im sure it was bred and you have its offspring

    But you also mustn't forget, Croconaw has a rare chance of being ♀, and There's only a very small chance of a person actually catching one and transferring it from that old of a game

    Nope. Only female pokemon can. And since the gen 2 HA starters are only obtainabale in a normal pokeball, the offspring can only be bred in pokeballs, since the female also passes down the HA.
