matt:basically the way a keystone works is you need it and an appropriate mega stone to mega evolve a pokemon. with regular pokemon they need to have a strong bond with their trainer, but with pokehumans they need to have an inner connection to either their best friend, or the spirit world along with the proper mega stone.

Devin: *notices the wind after he drinks out of the water fountain* I forgot to stay calm. *starts counting to 100 while he walks back to the cafeteria*

Mia: "Hotdogs, please Nick" *Wakes giant puppy eyes*
