Question

i need help assembling a competitive team so heres the pokemon and items i gave them: jolteon-assault vest scizor-life orb serperior[sorry if i spelled it wrong]-leftovers charizard-x mega stone gallade-[a berry that weakens flying type moves. any opinions? item choices or pokemon changes?
